This will house the tuition and rehearsal modes of performing art to the cultural richness of modern Sydney. The space will have access to not just music and dances but the opportunity to martial arts to have their skills and evolve general public via regular performances and visual/acoustic permeability of the building. The building will undergo changes or varying degree to form a function between day and night. This will acknowledge the changing completion of the immediate area and its population over time. The building is to create a space for individual tuition for groups of 2-3 and special class training for the masters during karate sessions. The building creates a public performing area on street levels, which is to be appreciated by street pedestrians and walkers passing though the site from Douglaas lane to Sussex Street or via versa. The public performing platform will also be appreciate by users in the building via the form of the building which is create for user to have a clearer view to the performing space while at the same time it gives off view to the street for acknowledge street pedestrian of the activities happening inside the building. Different uses will be reflected in the vertical organization of the building.
